SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
BARIMUEBLE SL will ensure compliance with the delivery of the purchased items within the deadlines established in the Order Form.
The delivery times stated in the Order Form shall be understood as indicative, and the customer accepts any unintentional delays that may occur due to causes beyond the control of BARIMUEBLE SL.
The purchased items will be delivered to the customer's address, always accessing through the interior of the building, stairs, elevator or freight lift, and by manual means. In the event that access must be made from outside the building, BARIMUEBLE SL will not be responsible for the rental of electrical or mechanical equipment or for obtaining any necessary municipal permits; in this case, BARIMUEBLE SL will make the purchased items available to the customer at its nearest WAREHOUSE and/or STORE to the customer's address.
If the assembly service is contracted and the purchased items must be fixed or attached to the wall, BARIMUEBLE SL installers will position the product on the wall indicated by the customer. After analyzing the chosen location to make the necessary holes, the customer will give their approval to drill the wall. Neither BARIMUEBLE SL nor its installers will be responsible for any damages caused by drilling the wall resulting from hidden installations such as electrical wiring, water pipes, etc., as they are unaware of the building structure plans and utilities.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the customer acquired physical possession of the purchased goods. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by email to info@barimueble.es.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
In the event of withdrawal by the customer, BARIMUEBLE, S.L. will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay, provided that the returned goods have been received.
In order for the return of the goods to be considered valid for reimbursement, it will be necessary to:
- Keep the original packaging. To inspect the product, you may remove the sealing tapes.
- The product must not have been assembled or attempted to be assembled.
- The product must remain intact by the buyer.
- The product must retain its original commercial appearance (intact label, protective sticker in good condition, etc.) and maintain its usable properties. This condition does not apply in the case of returning a defective product.
- The product must have the same finish as when it was received by the buyer.
Used products cannot be returned.
